1. Start menu→ regedit

2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE → SYSTEM → CurrentControlSet → Services → Tcpip → ServiceProvider (this change with the following):

DnsPriority    - (value 7)

HostsPriority - (value 6)

LocalPriority  - (value 5)

NetbtPriority - (value 8)
