You already had your second chance, and you missed it, you kept doing SGS/Strafe - Ducking, which is not allowed on our server, and also to avoid ban, you changed your IP. I was one of the admin permanently banned you for those reasons. In your previous Unban-Request, @VollmeR told you why you keep getting permanently banned here with proof.

I was at the moment, when kairi slayed him to @ExploitSv and they were arguing, and the truth is... i don´t understand why you always act with the slay command when you can write to him in the chat "stop shooting the lm", there are times when the admin chat bugs to the players (y@), maybe he didn´t see the message you sent him to "stop shooting lm" In addition to the discussion, you warned an admin named @Gobo-loco, did you tell him that you were going to report him just coz he blocked you in a tunnel to enter????? I dont understand that need to threaten, and also knowing how the other play, whether with lag or not... i really dont know what to tell you to improve, i told u at the moment, it is preferable to let them know, or give him 3 slaps and write in the chat to stop doing it.
