Hello, we are aware of this issue and assure you that we are working hard to resolve this issue.

the problem is: 

we have our own protection system developed by us
having some rather complicated functions others less complicated

due to these complicated functions, bugs may occur

Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen events, we were unable to save the source code of the existing version on the server.

we make considerable efforts to recreate the entire system and bring an update on the functions of our system

There are two functions in this ban, the name verification function and the chat function

Many events can occur in this situation.
from renaming to typing in chat
most likely you either typed 2 identical messages or typed a certain string of special characters that could damage the server or certain special characters

the system in any case is quite sensitive but necessary

with this system we are able to stop 98% of ads in: chat, name, admin chat, etc
also stop floods by randomly determining the time between messages
avoid characters that have several identical letters, exp yessssss, etc

the system detects any ip in any form you write in chat/name and any form of domain/dns/url/etc

i'm sure that's why it's sensitive :))

In any case, even if it's a temporary ban, you've been unbanned

be careful next time you write in the chat or with what name you enter on the server until the next update :))

that ban is given through the server system ( hlds default ) not through advanced_bans

that ban is stored in hlds memory if the server is running rehlds
( because i don't know why rehlds doesn't write in banned.cfg and listip.cfg or it doesn't run, something like that )

on that ban you can't unban 

the ban goes away after 1 day ( 24 h )

you can remove bans from hlds memory by restarting the server
