After reviewing your request, behavior on the server, and recent statements, we have found several points that need clarification:
1 You mentioned that the offensive language you use was intended as a joke. However, such behavior is unacceptable in a server from someone aspiring to be an admin. Joking does not justify the use of inappropriate words, especially in a public server that includes players of various ages and cultures.
2 Do not attack like a zombie, even if it's not frequent. Violating the rules, even in a minor way, doesn't align with admin standards, as we need people who fully, not partially, abide by the rules.
3 Regarding strafes+sgs, yes, you may not be the only one, but repeating the mistake of others does not justify repeating it by you, especially if you seek to be part of the crew that is supposed to implement the rules, not justify breaking them. This is a dangerous mentality if it becomes an admin: "Others are doing it, so why not me?"
4 Regarding your criticism of the admins real activity is not measured solely by the number of minutes spent on the server. It is first and foremost measured by discipline, respect for the rules, cooperation with the team, and avoiding tension or arguments among players.
Your approach of comparing and mocking certain admins is not appropriate for someone who aspires to be part of the admin team.
We monitor all admins and are fully aware of each one's level of activity. If there is any negligence, it is handled internally and through official procedures not through negative comments or indirect hints.
However, there is a dedicated section on the forum for suggestions or complaints. You can use it to share your opinion regarding any inappropriate behavior from staff members, and we will address it with full seriousness and neutrality.
Speaking indirectly or sarcastically about some admins in your requests or comments is not considered a proper approach, and it shows a lack of readiness to take on the responsibility of being part of the administration.
But remember: being active doesn't mean you're ready to manage, and being quiet doesn't mean you're ineffective.
