Hello Sarah. if he/she can't see any chats it means that your having a internet connection problem. fix your internet and his/her chats will appear.

I really can't clean my PC ( i got laptop not pc) i hope there are some counter strike settings which improve ur fps. well to be honest , i dont have a graphic card and leaving recording a side, its very difficult for me to play at 20-30 fps you know, if there are some other ways to improve the fps i wanna know? note: before a week, i was used to get more then this fps like 50-60 but now idk what happened...

i didn't said about i'm lagging hard, i'm asking for any solutions to increase your fps.
