Your server may send some slowhack live binding every key to connect to the server or MotdWrite autoexec.cfg to connect to the server automatically or even changing the game menu of players. edit: try to decrypt every possible plugin on your server and find the one with that slowhack, then edit it or remove it, contact iggi@gametrracker.rs (carefully) to get your rank again
