Despite the effects of the economic crisis in the country, caused by the problems caused by the “Corona” pandemic, the Russian military attack on Ukraine, the rise in food prices and the decline in investment in the tourism and industrial sectors, the real estate market is far from these developments. Real estate prices in most areas of Baghdad are witnessing a significant increase, sometimes reaching double, in some areas, compared to previous years, which has caused damage to large sectors, especially in light of the housing crisis that afflicts the country. Get a cash reward of up to 7,500 dirhams advertisement advertisement Citigold And if the reasons that explain this rise are multiple, the US sanctions that targeted a number of Iraqi personalities and local officials, on different charges, helped this rise, in terms of the inability of the funds of this group to exit to other countries, as happened previously. During the past years, the United States imposed financial sanctions on officials and parliamentarians, for various reasons, such as violating human rights, or being involved in financing the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, and so on, which made the majority of these officials fear investing abroad, or buying real estate. In other countries, the United States can control or seize them. Investing at home Economic analyst Sarmad Al-Shammari believes that "most of these officials and representatives tended to invest in the interior, specifically the real estate market, such as residential units inside apartments or villas, located on the shores of the Tigris, as well as the banking sector and banking companies," noting that "this The trend, although in its natural context, was a state of health, but in Iraq, it caused damage and contributed to the rise in real estate and land prices. Al-Shammari believes, in a statement to "Eqtisad Sky", that "the relatively stable security situation, and the strong entry of real estate companies, in light of the housing crisis, made investing or keeping money internally, an option for many analysts and officials wishing to launder their money, as well as The worrying global tensions, and the deteriorating economic conditions in Lebanon, which was the preferred destination for many Iraqis, actually contributed to keeping that money inside the country. With the relative improvement of the security situation in Iraq, the capital, Baghdad, witnessed a wave of extensive bulldozing of agricultural orchards, to turn them into residential lands, as part of individuals’ efforts to meet the demand for the role, which prompted many officials to buy thousands of acres of agricultural, and turn them into knife plots, sold at prices relatively acceptable to the citizens. Related news Several countries are paying the price of the Ukraine war.. a new map of wheat and hunger Iraq records the highest financial revenues from oil in half a century On the banks of the Tigris River, in the city of Dora, south of the capital, Baghdad, real estate prices there represent a fantasy for the majority of the Iraqi people, but it was a suitable opportunity for many officials and representatives, who reserved their plots of land and real estate overlooking the river, while the The price per square meter there is about 5 million dinars (about 3,500 dollars). 3 million housing units For his part, Hussein Ali, the owner of a real estate office in Baghdad, believes that "the politicians' resort to the interior caused a major boom in real estate prices, as well as their agreement with the owners of investment projects, to buy a large number of apartments before their completion, and then dispose of them, and offer them at prices More expensive and greater than the normal price, with the aim of profit. Ali adds, in a comment to “Iqtisad Sky”, that “the escalation in demand for real estate is the main reason for this rise, as well as other factors, which calls for a clear government intervention, even in the matter of setting prices, and pumping more marching loans, to confront these wave". According to economic experts, Iraq needs more than 3 million housing units, in light of the high po[CENSORED]tion index, and the combination of reasons leading to an increase in real estate prices; Such as the demographic crisis, the inward orientation of local officials, the decrease in immigration rates due to several factors, and the relative improvement of the security situation. The capital, Baghdad, occupies the first place in slums, with 522 thousand housing units, in addition to 700 units in Basra governorate, and Karbala governorate is considered the least in terms of the spread of slums with 98 slums. And informality means the residential area that contains hundreds of houses built mostly of tin or mud, and some of them are of bricks, but they are irregular, and often put pressure on the infrastructure services of the regular areas, as well as their lack of municipal services, due to the fact that they are not officially installed.

  4. SHARE I install most software from my Mac’s Terminal. I think you should do the same on yours. Yeah, I know, I know—that sounds hard. But, in many ways, it’s actually easier than the traditional way of installing software on your Mac. A lot of great free programs—open-source ones in particular—aren’t available in the Mac App Store. The usual installation process involves: Finding the app’s website Finding the download for Mac Downloading the app, typically in a DMG archive Opening the DMG archive after the download finishes Dragging the app icon from the mounted archive to the applications folder Nothing about this is difficult, but it is time-consuming. Imagine if instead you could type three words, hit enter, and let your computer do everything for you. This is possible, thanks to Homebrew, a program that will let you install almost any application you can think of by typing “brew install” followed by the name of the app. Why you should use Homebrew If you never open the Terminal, that makes sense—it’s a little hidden. You can find it in Launchpad under Utilities, in Finder in Applications > Utilities, or by using Spotlight to search for it (just click the magnifying glass in the menu bar and type “terminal”, then hit enter or click the top result). There’s a real joy in simply telling your computer to do something and watching it happen, but the Terminal doesn’t explain itself the way other software does. I think Homebrew is the best tool for Mac users to get started with, because it’s so much better than installing software the old-fashioned way. It’s faster: As outlined above, for most applications you can type three words and watch an app install itself. It’s safer: Googling the name of an application and installing it isn’t necessarily secure. Downloading a free application from the wrong website is risky, and could result in you installing malware directly onto your computer. Installing from Homebrew removes some of this risk because a team of volunteers are finding the exact package you need. Easier updates: Updating software is important, but sometimes it’s harder than it needs to be. Take Calibre, a free e-book manager which can do all sorts of e-reader tricks. This tool has frequent updates but no quick way to install them, meaning you have to download and install the update yourself every time. If you installed Calibre via Homebrew, though, you only need to type “brew update” to update every app you’ve installed using Homebrew How to set up Homebrew The Homebrew interface on a Mac computer, with the computer's Terminal open. Get ready to brew. Justin Pot The simplest way to get started is to head to brew.sh, the Homebrew homepage, and follow the instructions. There’s a single line of code you will need to copy and then paste into the Terminal on your Mac. Hit enter and follow the instructions. The Terminal interface on a Mac computer as you start to install Homebrew. Homebrew will walk you pretty clearly through the process. Justin Pot You will be told about every change Homebrew will make to your system and asked to hit enter again. You might need to install Apple’s Command Line Tools, if you haven’t already. If so, this process will also be automated for you—just follow the instructions. How to install software using Homebrew Now that Homebrew is on your Mac, you can use it to install software. Advanced users should check out the documentation—essentially a user manual—but if you’re not quite comfortable with the Terminal keep reading for a brief overview. Homebrew, like most Terminal applications, works by typing commands. The first word of the command is the name of the application, in this case “brew”. The second word is what you want the application to do, and the rest of the command will vary. So, for example, if you wanted to install Firefox, you would type “brew install firefox”. Like this: Installing Firefox on a Mac computer using Homebrew. Type a few words and you’re good to go. Justin Pot Then hit enter and watch as Firefox installs. You’ll find the application just where you expect it: in the Applications folder. Neat, right? And this works for thousands of applications. There are a few more tricks you can learn, too: brew remove, followed by an app name, can be used to uninstall anything you installed using Homebrew brew search, followed by an app name, can be used to search the list of available applications, which is handy for finding the exact name you need brew update will check for new versions of all the software you’ve installed using Homewbrew brew upgrade will install the latest version of every application you’ve installed using Homebrew There is a lot of nuance and detail I could get into, but I’d like this to remain an accessible beginner’s guide. I hope, though, that I’ve outlined enough for you to see how cool this little application is. Give it a shot, then dig into the documentation if you want to learn more.

  6. Over a year ago, I reviewed HP's Spectre x360 14 with an OLED display. I pulled no punches, calling it one of the best convertible PCs due to the robustness of features balanced with a fair price. However, I wasn't nearly as keen on the bigger 15.6-inch model, so I passed on the review to another reviewer. So, I hesitated for 2022 when HP offered its more prominent Spectre x360 refresh. Then I saw it and the specs and knew I had to give it a look. HP addressed all my dislikes of the 15.6" version with an all-new design, hardware, and some very clever software. While not everyone needs a convertible 16-inch laptop, HP has made one that is gorgeous thanks to its giant 16-inch, 16:10 4K OLED display and tamer chassis design. Even if you don't flip this to a tablet, it's one of the best laptops that does a little bit of it all. The Spectre x360 16 is now available from HP.com, Best Buy, and Amazon. HP lets you configure the laptop in specific ways, including integrated Intel graphics, Core i7 processor, 16GB of RAM, 512GB of storage, and a 3K WLED display, which brings the starting price closer to $1,500 ($1,250 on sale). Best Buy and Amazon both have specific SKUs priced slightly higher due to some more expensive hardware. For example, the Best Buy model uses 32GB of Intel Optane to improve storage performance. We used the top-tier model for this review with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 GPU, 1TB SSD (+32GB Intel Optane), 16GB of RAM, and the upgraded UHD+ OLED display, which retails for $2,120. Users can spec up to 32GB of RAM and a 2TB SSD for $2,860. HP Spectre x360 16: Hardware and design For a few years now, HP has been pushing its "gem cut" design of the Spectre series, which, while looking great, could come across as a bit flashy for some, especially when combined with the blingy "black and gold" finishing. In 2022, I'm glad to see HP soften the Spectre up a bit. Instead of harsh, angular corners, the Spectre x360 16 opts for smooth, rounded edges. The keyboard deck rounds off like a pillow, display corners are more rounded, and the whole thing feels more inviting. The Spectre x360 16 comes in two color options: Nightfall Black with pale brass accents (seen in our photos) and Nocturne Blue with celestial blue accents. Those accents, especially compared to last year's model, are very, very modest as you barely see the brass. It's a nice look, and one HP should keep for its other Spectre laptops.

The parties did not disclose the purchase price. The deal has yet to be approved by competition authorities. According to Bosch data, Five was founded in 2016 and formed a team of experts in cloud software, robotics and machine learning. This is Bosch's latest move towards reorienting itself towards self-driving vehicles. A few weeks ago, Bosch acquired Atlético, a digital map company. And "Bosch" and "Volkswagen" German cars announced a cooperation agreement to produce self-driving cars, which includes the creation of a software platform that can make highly automated jobs suitable for mass production. And closed the three major indices of US stocks, all with heavy losses, and the Nasdaq index came in the forefront of the losers, affected by losses in technology shares. The benchmark 10-year US Treasury yield jumped to its highest level in nearly three years ahead of key US inflation data. An official with the Palestinian Red Crescent told AFP that "117 wounded people were taken" to hospitals in Jerusalem, and "dozens" were treated on the spot during the clashes in the Old City of East Jerusalem, occupied by Israel since 1967. For its part, the Israeli police announced that at least three of its members were wounded in the clashes, most of which stopped at noon on Friday. The Temple Mount in the Old City of occupied East Jerusalem is constantly witnessing clashes between the Israeli police and Palestinian demonstrators. Eyewitnesses said that Palestinians threw stones at the Israeli security forces, who responded by firing rubber bullets at some of them. An AFP photographer saw more than 100 Palestinians throwing projectiles at Israeli security forces. The Israeli police statement said that around 4:00 (0100 GMT) "dozens of masked young men carrying Hamas and Palestinian Authority flags" entered the Al-Aqsa Mosque and "collected stones, wooden boards and other objects that were used in violent riots." The statement added that the police forces "waited until the end of the prayer" and then "the crowd threw stones at the Western Wall," noting that the police forces "with the escalation of violence, were forced to enter the lands surrounding the mosque." The statement stressed that "the police forces did not enter the mosque." Pressure or war? - These clashes in the Temple Mount are the first this year since the beginning of the month of Ramadan, during which Muslims gather at the holy site, which is one of the axes of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The Palestinians claim East Jerusalem, occupied since 1967, as the capital of their desired state. During the month of Ramadan in 2021, night demonstrations in Jerusalem and clashes in the Al-Aqsa courtyard turned into an 11-day war between the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), which controls the Gaza Strip, and Israel. On Friday, Ismail Haniyeh, head of Hamas' political bureau, whose movement called for mobilization against the Jewish state, said, "There is no place for invaders and occupiers in our holy Jerusalem." Analysts believe that Hamas, whose capabilities were affected in the 2021 war, seeks to continue the conflict in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, while avoiding escalation in the Gaza Strip, especially since Israel could cancel thousands of work permits for workers in Gaza if a conflict erupts. "Hamas does not want a new confrontation," said Mukhaimer Abu Saada, a professor of political science at Al-Azhar University in Gaza. An Israeli security source said that Islamic Jihad would be more inclined to escalate with Israel. The movement confirmed in a statement on Friday that "the attack on worshipers in Al-Aqsa Mosque is an aggressive crime for which the occupation bears full responsibility and its repercussions (...) and it was a failed attempt by the occupation to empty Al-Aqsa Mosque with the aim of desecrating it by terrorist settlers." She added that "the enemy will realize that this fire that he ignites with his blind hatred will bounce back and burn him, and unless the occupation stops its hand from Al-Aqsa and stops its aggression against our people, the confrontation will be closer and more difficult than he thinks." - 'No interest in escalation' - Israeli Public Security Minister Omar Bar-Lev, a member of Prime Minister Naftali Bennett's diverse coalition, asserted, "We have no interest in the Temple Mount becoming a hotbed of violence. This will harm the Muslims there and the Jews at the Western Wall." The clashes come as Israel sent reinforcements to the West Bank and reinforced the separation wall with it, after four attacks that killed 14 people in the Jewish state, most of them civilians, in the last three weeks. On the other hand, 22 Palestinians, including a number of attackers, have been killed in sporadic violence since then, according to a toll prepared by Agence France-Presse. Three Palestinians were killed Thursday, while Israeli forces launched new operations in the Jenin area in the northern occupied West Bank, following a deadly attack by a Palestinian in Tel Aviv last week. After the Tel Aviv attack, Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett gave security forces "total freedom of movement" under the rubric of "defeating terrorism" in the Palestinian territories occupied by Israel in 1967. Bennett warned that "there will be no limits" to this war. The escalation of violence between the two sides during the month of Ramadan and before the celebrations of the Jewish Passover and Christian Passover. Last year, East Jerusalem witnessed clashes that spread to the mosque's courtyards after demonstrations against the threat of eviction of Palestinian families in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood by Israeli settlers. The protests developed and led to a bloody escalation with the Gaza Strip that lasted 11 days.

Note: The games themselves are not provided at any subscription level. More on that point when we talk about games below. The plans GeForce Now currently offers three tiers: Free, Priority, and RTX 3080. Uniquely, GeForce Now is currently the only major cloud gaming service offering a Free access plan. While many services offer a temporary free trial, the GeForce Now Free plan is full access to the service with no long-term limitations. However, there are some short-term ones. Each tier comes with a limit to how long you can be connected to a gaming session at a time. The Free tier is limited to one hour, Priority subscribers can play for up to six hours per session, and RTX 3080 subscribers get eight hour sessions. There is no set limit to the number of sessions you can start in a day. The free tier also doesn’t feature “RTX On,” Nvidia’s term for ray-tracing and DLSS support. There’s a priority component to the tiers, too, as Nvidia places limitations on the overall process and user loads on GeForce Now’s regional data centers. Free members have the lowest priority in connecting to the service, which can mean waiting in line to connect to a rig at times. Priority and RTX 3080 have priority access to the queue, with RTX 3080 members getting access to systems that provide RTX 3080 GPUs. There may be times when an RTX 3080 rig is not available for a member, which will send that member to the Priority queue instead. Beyond those varied limitations, GeForce Now advertises up to 1080p at 60 frames-per-second gameplay for its Priority members, and up to 1440p at 120fps for PC/Mac and 4K HDR on Shield TV for its RTX 3080 members. Additionally, there are internet bandwidth requirements and data usage conditions to consider. GeForce Now requires a minimum of a 15Mbps connection for 720p at 60fps, 25Mbps connection for 1080p at 60fps, and a 35Mbps connection for 1440p at 120fps for the RTX 3080 plan. Additionally, GeForce Now does require a less than 80ms latency from an Nvidia data center, but recommends a less than 40ms latency. Game library At first glance, the GeForce Now game library is impressive—until you realize it’s a list of games that are playable on the platform, not a list of games that are provided to you through the subscription as you find on other cloud gaming services. You have to own your own digital copies of the games you wish to play on GeForce Now—and specifically have to own them on the correct platform for GeForce Now. This can be a bit messy if you’re an existing PC gamer with a fairly large library on Steam or Epic Games Store, because you might own a game on one platform, but despite the game being available to play within GeForce Now, you might have it on the wrong platform to play within. We ran into exactly this while testing with Control Ultimate Edition. Currently, only the Steam version of Control Ultimate Edition is available to play in GeForce Now, so if you own it on the Epic Games Store, you’re out of luck. However, the original Control release is compatible with both Steam and Epic Game Store releases. None of that helped us though, as our copy of Control Ultimate Edition is on GOG, which largely isn’t supported by GeForce Now with the exception of Cyberpunk 2077 and a few of the Witcher games. In addition to your owned game library, you can play many Free to Play games such as Fortnite, League of Legends, Destiny 2, Path of Exile, Rocket League, and more through GeForce Now. You do still need to set up your own account access on their relevant platforms. If you’re keen on the idea of owning your own game library or want to have some flexibility as to where you can game, without having to lug around a gaming rig, this service is worth checking out. User experience Getting started with GeForce Now is fairly straightforward. You just have to register yourself with an account, or if you have an existing Nvidia/GeForce account, you can activate GeForce Now on it. Once logged in and connected, you can choose to access the games through a Chrome, Safari, or Edge browser to try out some games without installing anything. However, in our experience, it’s preferable to try out the native app instead, as the experience seems to work a bit more smoothly in both the menu navigation and in-game compared to the browser experience. Nvidia agrees, and tries to push you to install its app instead of using the browser.

  15. The word software is a mass noun because it can be used to refer to a mass (or nonspecific number) of computing programs or products. Mass nouns function as both singular and plural nouns. They can describe either one item, multiple items of the same type, or an entire category of items. Some examples include bread, rice, hair, garbage, and ice. It isn’t necessary to add an s to the end of a word when it’s used to refer to a plural number of things. The same word (bread) can be used to refer to a single loaf of bread or all the loaves of bread in a grocery store. The word software can be used in the same way.Software could refer to a single software product or multiple software products. You can say, “A very po[CENSORED]r word processing software option is Microsoft Word,” or “The office uses Microsoft software for its word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and email.” Software can also be used to describe the entire product category. For example, “Microsoft is one of the world’s largest software companies.” Software and Hardware Software is the program (or set of directions) that computers use to complete a function. Some well-known software programs include Acrobat, Photoshop, and Excel. The companies that develop these programs are called software companies. Software enables people to use computers to edit documents and images, organize data, file taxes, and perform many other tasks. Some software may come preinstalled on a computer and enables the machine to function. Others can be downloaded from the internet or bought at a store and installed onto the computer. The word hardware is also a mass noun. Hardware is the physical computer or accessories that use the software programs. The computer, monitor, keyboard, and printer are all hardware. Without software, hardware can’t really do much. Software in Plural Form The plural form of software is software. This is true even when you’re referring to multiple programs. Softwares (with an S at the end) isn’t an actual word, but some individual software developers have chosen to use it as part of their company names. You can combine other words with software to indicate more than one. Software products, software solutions, and software programs are examples that help make it clear that you’re talking about more than one software product. Are Apps Software? Many computer users are migrating to handheld devices (like smartphones or tablets) for computing tasks. These devices use a form of software called an app (which is short for application). The plural of app is apps. It isn’t a mass noun. The way people use computers is continually changing, but the language used to describe the products that make computing possible remains the same. Software and hardware work together to make a computer function. Both are mass nouns and can be used widely to describe any number of items.
  16. NZXT has been expanding beyond cases and cooling for a few years now, releasing a handful of motherboards and microphones. But with its move into keyboards, the company seems a bit more bold and confident. The NZXT Function line launched in three sizes: 100%, TKL and a slightly smaller MiniTKL version that saves space by bunching all the keys up against each other. They're offered in black or white options similar to NZXT's motherboards, and there's a surprising amount of customizability for a mainstream mechanical keyboard line. It's clear the company is aiming for a spot on our best gaming keyboards list. Retail models will ship with linear Gateron Red switches. But if you order direct from NZXT you can choose between five different switches, five accent keycaps and removable cable colors (so you can match or mismatch as you like), and two shades of dye-sublimated PBT keycaps (the retail models ship with glossy ABS caps). But perhaps most impressively, all of the Function keyboards feature swappable switches so that you can easily change up the feel of the keyboard later on by buying and popping in something new. The keyboards include key and switch pullers that make this process easy. In a unique design decision, there's a rubberized volume roller mounted on the upper-left corner to make it easier to adjust audio without moving your hands off your mouse. While its placement is novel and took a bit to get used to, I didn't mind the roller on the left, where you'll also find a few small buttons for mute, Windows key locking, and backlight brightness. But apart from the swappable switch sockets (which are still fairly uncommon in the mainstream gaming keyboard space), the Function keyboards offer little to help them stand out in a very crowded market. If you like the way they look and you want to dip your toe into the custom keyboard world by trying out some different switches, any of the NZXT Function keyboards are worth considering. But if you aren't going to swap switches, there are better options that cost less.
  17. Overwatch is a deadly game for support players. With health topping out at 200 hit points and few defensive capabilities, healers are wide open to attacks from all sides. It’s therefore the job of tanks and damage heroes to protect their backlines from flankers, though some ultimates prevent such strategic plays. One of the “squishiest” heroes in Overwatch is Zenyatta, the omnic monk who can deal out a lot of damage while keeping low-health allies topped up. Unlike other support characters, his lack of mobility makes him extremely vulnerable, though he can fight off weaker enemies. However, not all abilities can be protected against, and Zenyatta’s slow movement can end up getting him killed. RELATED: Absurd Overwatch Clip Sees D.Va Getting A Triple Kill Just By Calling In Her Mech User Far_Improvement_199 posted a video on r/Overwatch showing this exact eventuality in an unfortunate encounter with D.Va’s “Self-Destruct” ultimate. In the clip, D.Va activates her ult in the middle of Busan’s MEKA Base capture point, giving the Zen three seconds to find cover before detonation. Without his ultimate, Zenyatta cannot use his Transcendence to protect the team; furthermore, without shield tanks, there’s no defense to be found with teammates. Taking cover behind the white supports upholding the walkway above, Zen seems to be in a prime position to avoid damage and emerge safely after the ultimate is over. However, he is seemingly still caught in the blast, which kills him instantly. Redditors offer theories aplenty as to why Zen dies here despite clearly being behind a wall. User AlexMcTowelie, among others, points to Zenyatta’s woeful “Michelin Man” hitbox as the culprit, likely just wide enough to extend beyond the limited cover that the archway offers. Others suggest that the small vent over his head could provide pixels of space for D.Va’s ultimate to creep through. This isn't the first time that ultimates in Overwatch have clipped through tight spots; a supertf video shows Tracer's “Pulse Bomb” kill him behind a pillar on the divisive Temple of Anubis map. A small crack in the pillar’s base allows the bomb to make contact with Zenyatta’s hitbox landing an instant kill, much to super’s surprise. Overwatch is a game where, as Widowmaker says, “a single death can change everything.” Some hitboxes have often landed the game in trouble and led to patches, while others remain unadjusted. On Escort maps, the wild variance in payload shapes and sizes can enable players to hide behind them to avoid damage, meanwhile, others float off the ground allowing ultimates to pass under them. Even hiding behind cars requires some very specific positioning to avoid abilities like Reinhardt’s “Earthshatter.” As Overwatch 2 adopts a 5v5 team structure, developers look to add more cover to new and existing maps to accommodate for one less tank. With luck, these new additions won’t run into the same clipping problems that players are currently experiencing.
