V1, for the resize, looks more clear -
v2 and v6 are the best, v2 has a good text i love it, and the v6 i love the effects I will go with V2 for the text

v1 has a bad redimensioning, so basic v2 it's so dark and the green color looks not good, the brush took's too much a part of the avatar, i will go with the V2, looks like he made more layers then the other one -
it's not a problem of missing devices, it's the new policy of imgur that they ban everyone who "breaks" their own rules, and that 403 error means thats u are banned. They also said they are the judges of every photo posted, there so you need to check your email inbox and see if there is an email confirming if it's a BAN or a suspension

Hello, this photo viewer has some problems with the jpg and jpeg files So its a long story about how to fix that and as i see u still using win xp (unhealthy a'd realy bad thing for your pc) So to solve this prob maybe u can upgrade your windows version or in anytime this viewer cannot launch your image Use paint (helpful to change the image format) 🎨🎨, chrome also can help, even vlc, (i use the pdf launcher sometimes) so no need for a specific software..
