  1. Louis van Gaal’s club already announced the agreement in principle, and that will see Adnan Januzaj go up the East Lancs Road to Merseyside and for the rest of the current season he will be signed by Everton on loan. TMW explained the agreement, was clearly encouraged by Everton’s success with Romelu Lukaku when he first arrived from Chelsea. The Belgian connection must count for something. Despite that reported agreement Everton may not have it all their own way. According to France Football, French club PSG are keen on, if they can’t reach a deal for former Chelsea star Kevin De Bruyne. PSG wouldn’t be the only other interested party outside of the Premier league. Inter Milan have also displayed their interest but then they’re connected with everyone at both ends of the market. Real Sociedad have declared their interest continuously in the British media but press local to the Spanish club have spoilt that idea, declaring that Moyes hasn’t asked for Januzaj. TMW told that Januzaj’s family would like he remains in the Premier League. In that case, the reported agreement with Everton could materialise as quickly as next Thursday. Should that occur then Manchester United would be wise to do similar to what Barcelona did with Gerard Deulofeu. The Spanish club had a contract with Everton which saw them pay less for him the more they used him. Manchester United fans may remember how badly Roberto Martinez used Angelo Henriquez at Wigan, and Van Gaal would ask some protection against that. Update: The Manchester United manager said on Christmas Day night about Januzaj “No. He is a player of United.” Whilst manager words on their own mean little in relation to moves, considering that there’s so much cloak and dagger stuff, that the comments were Tweeted out of context by the club’s Twitter feed may be more telling. At 10pm on Christmas Day night, Manchester United tweeted that quote, which may – if you were determined not to take things at real value – suggest the club were keen to get a message out about Januzaj.

  2. Arsenal transfer target has declared his wish to play for current European champions Real Madrid. Throughout the last few months the Cruzeiro midfielder has been connected with a host of English clubs, but has his sights firmly set on a transfer to the Spanish capital. And with Luka Modric and James Rodriguez currently sidelined, Carlo Ancelotti may make his transfer in January as he continues to tinker with the best side on the planet. MADRID DREAM Spanish newspaper Marca reported that Silva has spoken of his desire to one day don the famous white jersey of Los Blancos. “I dream of Real Madrid. I’m ready to play there, whether it’s now or in June,” he revealed. *GMS RELATED* Nevertheless with the likes of Modric, Toni Kroos, Asier Illarramendi and Sami Khedira in their ranks already much may hinge on if a slot become available, which it may well do if Khedira leaves the Spanish capital to Borussia Dortmund in the New Year. Any such transfer for the German may see Marco Reus head in the other direction and become the latest Galactico signing for club President Florentino Perez. ARSENAL NEED A NEW MIDFIELD POWERHOUSE Arsenal are in the market for a holding midfielder having missed out on Southampton’s Morgan Schneiderlin in the summer, but may find Silva’s latest comments hard to swallow. They are also keen on snaring Khedira by coming close to landing the 27-year-old back in pre-season, though are also monitoring the Real Madrid’s star’s teammate Christoph Kramer is thought to be a possible alternative. Arsene Wenger has been generally criticised for his failure to reinforce that department, and needs to spent heavily with the Gunner’s current languishing in sixth in the Premier League table, two points behind fourth-placed West Ham United. That lethargic start has seen them already firmly out of the title race before any presents are opened on Christmas day, and with no guarantee of European football Silva may hope for the sunny days of Spain instead.

  3. Since the summer window Manchester United’s Louis van Gaal has been looking for a quality central defender and it seems like the wait is finally over. Despite being eager to secure the services of German star Mats Hummels last summer, the Dutch manager failed. Signing the Dortmund captain in mid-season was always going to be difficult hence United looked at other options as well, and it seems that they reached a deal to sign another defender. Miranda is set to sign for Manchester United with his heart set on Old Trafford move, according to reports. At the end of this season the Atletico Madrid defender’s contract will expire and as per the provided link, they will accept €25m bid from Manchester United. Even though Miranda has a release clause of €30 million transfer fee but letting him go for free at the end of the season is definitely not worth it and hence the Spanish champions are prepared to agree deal with Man United. Last season the 30 year old experienced star was one of Atletico’s key defender that helped them win La Liga and reach the final of the Champions League. Atletico have already lost their first choice left back Luis to Chelsea in the summer but Simeone has the solution to everything it looks and they can do without Miranda as well with Godin leading the line. Before they look for another central defender United and Van Gaal will expect that Miranda still has several years of top football left in him.
  4. Totally unnecessary move for me
