I spend 10 days every summer at sea like a stone age man, no food, no technology, no shelter to sleep ... I consider it a quiet psychological break. I know it's crazy but I do ... try it and you won't regret it 
I love defending the truth, and this is what caused my imprisonment for 11 days .. I consider it one of the honorable days.
