Hello βh00τh! first of all you need to know what Version of windows is installed in Your computer ( 32-Bit or 64-Bit ) 2- download "msvcp140.Dll" acording to your system from Here 3- Put "msvcp140.Dll" in : - C:\Windows\System32 if you have Version of windows 32-Bits - C:\Windows\SysWOW64 if you have Version of windows 64-Bit also watch this tutorial i think it will Help :
