[Sports] Chairman PCB meets Ban Sports Minister: Both Countries agree to promote sports

Dhaka: Federal Minister for Interior and Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi met with Bangladesh minister for sports, youth affairs, local government and rural development.

In the meeting held n Dhaka, both countries agreed to cooperate in the promotion of sports, especially on expanding collaboration for women's cricket, and umpires development programs. Mohsin Naqvi invites Bangladeshi umpires to train in Pakistan.

A formal agreement will be signed between PCB and BCB for the promotion of sports. The meeting emphasized the need for joint initiatives related to skills development and employment of youth

Higher education, scholarship programs and benefiting from each other's experiences in the field of education were also discussed

Mohsin Naqvi spoke about making identity documents foolproof, especially Nadra's secure security system. He invited a Bangladeshi delegation to visit Nadra.

This meeting strengthens the hope of taking the multifaceted relations between Bangladesh and Pakistan to new heights, especially in the fields of youth, sports, education and renewable energy.
