Explore the new realm of Frostheim in the Icemire Frontier mode

Take on the Frostborne Dragon, wield new weapons, and explore additional editing tools in World of Wonder

PUBG Mobile, Krafton's hit battle royale, is getting a major winter makeover. With the release of version 3.5, you can jump into a brand new frozen battleground in latest seasonal mode, Icemire Frontier (available until the 7th of January). That's alongside weapon and vehicle updates, and fresh additions to World of Wonder mode!

So, to start, what is Icemire Frontier? Well, in keeping with previous overhauls, Icemire Frontier will see you explore a brand new area of the map in the form of chilly, snowbound Frostheim, on either Erangel, Livik, or Vikendi. Explore Magic Crystal Mines or ply for treasure in the Dragon's Lair (only on Erangel). Take on the Frostborne Dragon alone, or preferably with friends, but don't worry because dying at its hands won't count as an elimination.

Next up, you can help support your teammates with the new M79 Smoke Grenade Launcher and lay down an obscuring field of smoke, or go loud and fast with the addition of the Mammoth and Sabertooth Tiger vehicles. Speaking of teamwork, Metro Royale now lets you extract with your teammates loot, ensuring you can let your downed allies keep their gear if you can make it out.

 

 

As for World of Wonder, a major new addition sees the introduction of breakable interactization to make new and more complex creations. Editing tools have also been given an overhaul for a hopefully smoother experience, and you can now decorate your home with new Northern-themed items, and some advanced furniture that may have unique appearances when merging.
