It produces 237bhp with its electric motor and uses a mechanical limited-slip differential that should help minimise torque steer. Abarth claims the package “guarantees excellent driving stability, improved handling, and traction” in the 600e. The styling changes Abarth has made to the standard Fiat 600e include a blocky front bumper, enormous front splitter and large roof spoiler. The Abarth 600e’s 20-inch rims were needed to accommodate a new brake system, and have been wrapped in a set of high-performance tyres jointly developed by Formula E’s supplier, Hankook.
