Noticias ALEJANDRO Posted May 24, 2024 Posted May 24, 2024 At least four people died after a restaurant collapsed in a po[CENSORED]r tourist area on the Spanish island of Mallorca, police told CNN on Thursday. The victims are two German women, a Senegalese man and a Spanish woman, police told CNN on Friday. Balearic emergency services confirmed that at least 16 people were injured after the collapse of a structure in Palma de Mallorca. Nine of them were "serious" and seven "very serious" injuries. The 16 people injured after the collapse are Dutch nationals, as reported to CNN this Friday by the press office of the Palma de Mallorca City Council. All of the injured Dutchmen are between 20 and 30 years old. Psychologists are on the scene to help those affected, according to emergency services. Mallorca is part of the Spanish Balearic archipelago, in the Mediterranean. The island's relatively warm year-round climate and abundance of beaches make it a po[CENSORED]r destination for tourists from all over Europe.
