The Intel Arc 100 iGPU of the Core Ultra 9 185H processor offers a power of 4.6 TFLOPs. On the other hand, the AMD Radeon 780M offers a power of 8.3 TFLOPs (with a trick, since it is an RDNA Dual-Issue, so half should be considered). So, the graphical power of the X1E-84-100 can compete with the previous ones, so we could run games without major problems.

Along with the specifications, Qualcomm has published a performance table of the Snapdragon X Elite and Plus. The data allows us to see, more or less, how these processors can be placed in the market.

 

 

We have looked first at the performance of the Elite It is located above the Ryzen 9 5900X (12 cores) and the Intel Core i5-13500 (14 cores) and Core i7-12700KF (12 cores). We are going to be cautious above all, since it is a synthetic benchmark and then we may have surprises.

 

 

Regarding graphical performance, a performance sample appears on the 3D Mark Wild Life Extreme showing a range between 41.9-44 FPS, which is not bad. It gives us a glimpse that there is the possibility of playing light video games like Fortnite, PUBG, Dota 2 and others similar. It is possible that even more modern titles, yes, with notable graphic adjustments.

After the official presentation, surely, we will have more data and we will be able to make a better judgment on the matter. The best thing, for now, is to remain cautious.
