The myth of this motorcycle began with the prototypes presented at the EICMA fair in Milan, with enormous acceptance by the public and experts. The myth became a reality in the form of the aforementioned LXP Orioli, which was nothing more than a limited edition preview of the trail jacket that the Varese brand now unveils. The MV Agusta Enduro Veloce does not hide its lineage and proudly displays those red and silver “Agostini” colors, although it is designed to perform very well also away from the asphalt where the Italian champion achieved his success. Although this Enduro Veloce pays tribute to a story from eighty years ago: with the 98 driven by Vincenzo Nencioni the company won a race for the first time, the off-road regularity race "Golfo di La Spezia", on October 8, 1946. Three years Later, several regular bikes were prepared to participate in the British Six Days, a race in which the great Carlo Ubbiali scored for MV Agusta its first international victory.

A motorcycle designed and manufactured in Italy, its parents stressed during the recent online presentation… with some help from its new KTM owners only when testing the prototypes in the field, as they acknowledged. And this motorcycle declares its country-style intentions with those 21- and 18-inch spoked wheels, which put it against rivals of the caliber of the Ducati Multistrada, BMW GS, Honda Africa Twin, KTM 890 Adventure... also in their respective versions. more field-oriented.

The three-cylinder engine of this MV is totally new, with a 931 cc longer stroke than its 675 or 798 cc brothers, and some “house brands” such as the counter-rotating crankshaft, removable gearbox, and a light weight of 57 kg. If 124 HP at 10,000 rpm does not seem like an excess, it is that 85 percent of its 102 Nm of torque is available from only 3,000 revolutions. The supporting electronics are another difference, as they are highly evolved and allow the pilot not only the usual things (traction control controlled by IMU, launch control, latest generation quickshifter, etc.) but go one step further. It lets you know which tires you are using to optimize the 4 driving modes (Urban, touring, OffRoad, Custom OffRoad) and 8 levels of traction control (5 asphalt, 2 off road and 1 rain). The newly designed 7-inch TFT screen and also new controls with more logical buttons allow easy access to all these possibilities, and the mobile connection (Bluetooth or Wifi) allows everything to be easily configured from an application.
