It is a common problem that when you receive some destroy, all the settings are modified remotely. Therefore, no matter how much you add or eliminate your counter strike. You will get the same error, since the files are automatically downloaded from your junk files using the same bad settings from the past

The solution for this is very simple. I will send you a personal modification modified by me in this way everything will be added normally

 

step 1 download this file  https://www.mediafire.com/file/oj9ifh66a9b5p4t/byMr.danielServerBrowser1.vdf/file
step 2 go to your counter strike folder
step 3 go to the folder called platform / config and replace the file called serverbrowser with this new file and the problem is solved
