• Other Information: Jessica Hannah Glynne (Hampstead, October 20, 1989), known simply as Jess Glynne, is a British singer-songwriter. Winner of the Grammy Award for ''Best Dance Recording'', she is best known for her collaborations with Clean Bandit on the songs "Rather Be" and "Real Love", both number one on the UK Singles Chart in 2014. Her debut single, " Right Here", reached the sixth position of the same chart.
• In 2018, she became the first female British solo artist to hold six number one singles in the UK charts, following the release of her solo songs "Hold My Hand" and "Don't Be So Hard on Yourself", and partnerships such as "Rather Be" featuring Clean Bandit, "My Love" featuring Route 94, "Not Letting Go" featuring Tinie Tempah, and "These Days" featuring Rudimental. Glynne's debut album, I Cry When I Laugh, was released in 2015 and debuted at number one on the UK charts.
• Jess Glynne was born in the Hampstead region of the English capital and grew up in the suburb of Muswell Hill, located in North London, in a Jewish family. His father worked in a real estate agency and his mother worked in A&R in the music industry. At the age of 15, Glynne signed up for the television show The X Factor, but soon withdrew from the audition process after a disagreement with the producers. She attended Rhodes Avenue Primary School and later Fortismere School, where she completed her A-Level in 2008, and has worked in a variety of locations including a boutique, gym and beauty salon. After a period traveling the world, Jess worked for a music management company in her late teens and then began working with songwriters and producers, with whom she honed her own craft for four years.
