After more than a year and a half of waiting since the official announcement, Honkai: Star Rail already has a release date. In a live presentation by HoYoverse, the creators of Genshin Impact have revealed various details of the title, including the aforementioned opening day. It will be next April 26, 2023. Thus, we can already mark on our calendar the final date for the end of the wait for what promises to be one of the great titles of the Chinese developer. Until then we will no longer be able to enjoy the video game, since the final beta has been deactivated as part of the preparation for the premiere.

 

All the details about the release of Honkai: Star Rail
Honkai: Star Rail will have a pre-download period prior to its release that will begin three days before the premiere. Specifically, it can be downloaded from April 23, so that we can have everything ready for the moment the servers open and we can enjoy this turn-based combat system proposed by HoYoverse. As usual in the company's big games, it will be available on both PC and mobile. It will also come to PlayStation consoles, although this edition is in development and will not arrive on the launch date.

Hoyoverse has carried out presentations of the characters that will be part of the history of the video game in its launch version. On April 26, Honkai: Star Rail will feature the two regions that were already available in the beta. In this sense, the launch will follow a pace similar to that of Genshin Impact. Although the rate of updates has not been revealed, it is expected that they will remain in a period similar to six weeks. It's a pace at which the company has always been relatively comfortable.

During the first version of Honkai: Star Rail, in addition to the main story, we will also have a few events including a login event. As in this type of release, from HoYoverse they want to give players a good number of resources so that they can progress quickly and can form their first teams. In this way, we can enter into dynamics with the video game and begin to overcome its first challenges. In addition, a web event is now available to start getting weapons and other interesting aids that can be crucial during the beginning of the game.
