That's a sizable discount over the standard $130 price, and even cheaper than a recent deal we saw at Amazon. Shipping is available for free. The Elite Series 2 Core controller is budget-priced alternative to the standard Elite Series 2 and released last fall. It's worth noting that the Core controller doesn't include any of the attachments the standard Elite Series 2 comes with, but those can be purchased separately if you want to upgrade it further with additional customization.
