David Erosa, producer of Blasphemous 2, has indicated on his Twitter account that both versions are in development.

It is one of the most anticipated video games of the year by many fans, and its launch window is finally known. Blasphemous 2 was announced to be released in the summer of 2023, but at the end of the trailer it was apparent that two platforms were missing from the versions it was to be released on. After this misunderstanding, there is finally good news for owners of a PS4 or Xbox One.

David Erosa, producer of Blasphemous 2, has pointed out on his Twitter account the following: "Small reminder that Blasphemous 2 will also be on Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Both versions are in development, but we don't have dates for them yet." After all, this revelation has made many players happy, but it should be noted that it is possible that they will arrive later.

In addition, it is worth remembering the news that the last trailer that The Game Kitchen showed us, because now in Blasphemous 2 we will have access to three weapons, and everything indicates that they will have a deep meaning in the plot. What did we think of Blasphemous?
It was almost 4 years ago when we were able to enjoy this work in depth. In the analysis of Blasphemous, we pointed out that "the epic of many of its combats and its great staging make it a most interesting metroidvania action video game. Its combat is challenging and at times also exciting, but it does not fully benefit to its full potential. The same goes for exploring a game world so interesting that it hurts that it won't be able to generate more interest to discover all its secrets."
