(AP Photo/Jeff Chiu)(Jeff Chiu / Associated Press) SACRAMENTO, Calif. — If De'Aaron Fox could decide whether to play through a broken index finger on his shooting hand, there would be no question. "Right now there is no question," the player said Tuesday. "I'll play". While the Sacramento Kings continue to list Fox as a doubt for Wednesday's first-round series game against the Golden State Warriors, all indications are that the star point guard will try to play in the series that's tied 2-2. Fox participated in non-contact training with a splint on his left index finger and then spent significant time practicing his shots getting ready to play with the splint in a game. The point guard assures that he had no problems dribbling and passing the ball, the only question is whether he could deal with the pain and throw the ball. He said he feels fine after the swelling in his finger has gone down the past day and he can handle the pain. “At the end of the day I'm fine”, conditional. “I can shoot the ball. At this point in the season everyone has something, so you go out and play. I am not worried". Coach Mike Brown said the final decision will be made jointly on Wednesday by Fox, the coaches and the medical staff. But Brown said it wasn't premature to say he "believes" Fox will play. Fox was injured driving to the basket midway through the fourth quarter. He stayed in the game after the injury and even hit a key 3-pointer in the closing minutes, but Sacramento lost 126-125.
