Gaming pc

Yeah.. so i am buying a pc which has AMD Radeon RX 470, has 16 GB ram, HDD is 1TB but the processor is Xeon 3.47Ghz Six Core W3680 CPU

Now i dont know much about xeon processors.. i only know about Core 2 duo, core i3, i5, i7, quad core processor

So the pc has this xeon processor so if anyone knows about this processor, please reply here and do tell me... how will it perform, is it goof for gamin? will it give 60 fps on high games like gta 5, assasain creed unity and so on
