Draeno Posted April 20, 2023 Posted April 20, 2023 It is clear that the Arizon EV Concept is not very fond of curved and smooth lines, right? Conceived for the CMF EV platform (the same as the Renault Megane E-Tech), its exterior is characterized by straight and angular lines wherever you look at it, standing out a very robust front, thanks to its large hood (which includes significant elevations on its sides ), and its flat grill. The aforementioned characteristic of the front sector is accompanied by details that allow us to infer that it is a well-oriented off-road vehicle: Plastic moldings on the bumpers, fenders and extensions Chrome front bumper guards Long clearance distance good size wheels Roof bars An element that very possibly is not replicated in the production model, but that does not stop attracting attention, has to do with the LED lights; At the front, on the sides, they have “fangs” similar to those of the Peugeot 408, while at the back they cover the entire cargo hatch, always with a diagonal LED pattern. As for the interior, the Nissan concept model has a very clean appearance, where the steering wheel stands out, with a more rectangular than circular shape, and a huge screen for the instrument panel and the multimedia system. What would be tactile buttons appear on the board, which are replicated in the floating central torpedo. Nissan mentions that the Arizon EV Concept features a new virtual assistant (called "Eporo") and "intelligent" lighting, which recognizes occupants and adapts the environment based on their preferences. In addition, the panoramic roof has the ability to be darkened, to attenuate the entrance of light from outside. On the mechanics of the Arizon EV Concept, Nissan did not release information. However, it is known that the CMF EV platform can support electric drive systems powered by 87 kWh batteries and producing up to 290 kW (383 hp), just like the Nissan Ariya e-4orce. For now, the final result of the SUV does not yet have a production or release date. It is worth remembering that Nissan plans to have 27 hybrid and electric models, including 19 100% battery-powered, by 2027. Will this be one of them? We will see. https://especiales.autocosmos.com.co/auto-shanghai-2023/noticias/2023/04/19/video---nissan-arizon-ev-concept-anticipo-del-suv-electrico-que-pretende-conquistar-china
