    He is a singer-songwriter and poet from Extremadura who stood out in the Spanish transition.

    He was born in 1946 in the province of Badajoz. Since he was a child, he has been passionate about poetry and began to play solo and in a group when he was given his first guitar at the age of 16.

    He went to Madrid to study at the University and decided to continue his musical training by receiving private lessons.

    At the end of the 60s, his success began to flourish. In 1969 he appeared at the Benidorm Festival with the song "Amapolas y espigas" where he won the award for best song. In 1972 he published his first album "A Cántaros" and the remembered subtitle: "You and I, girl, are made of clouds, but who ties us?" heavily influenced by American folk.

    In 1975 came the best-selling album of Pablo Guerrero's career at the Olympia, recorded live at the Olympia in Paris and he toured Europe. In 1976 he recorded the album "Because we love fire" for Movieplay, it was a mixture of folk from Extremadura and jazz. Later he continued to improvise with different styles, in 1978, "A tapar la calle" was an album of approximation to flamenco from the roots of the po[CENSORED]r music of Extremadura.

    In total he has recorded 13 albums so far, the last one was published in 2009, "Luz de Tierra".
