#Steeven.™ Posted March 29, 2023 Posted March 29, 2023 In a corner of England, we come across a forest that is not exactly inhabited by a very normal fauna. As its name tells us, The Gnome Reserve is home to a community of gnomes with hundreds of members. In total, we will find more than 1,000 figures of this mythological being spread out in a green space in the English town of Woolsery. Gnomes, goblins and wild flowers The Gnome Reserve is not only a "haven" for garden gnomes, but also a po[CENSORED]r tourist attraction in the South West of England. This space was created in 1979 by Ann Atkin, an art student, and over time, she amassed a huge collection of more than 1,000 gnome figures. Added to this mythological being are some goblins, who are also scattered among the vegetation, making the visit more fanciful. We find all these tiny characters going about their daily lives: playing chess, reading a good book, getting married and even taking part in the space race. The reserve extends over 1.6 hectares and includes areas of woodland, a stream, a pond, a meadow and a wildflower garden with nearly 250 different species of flora. There is also a museum with a collection of ancient garden gnomes. The most original photos In The Gnome Reserve young and old alike will have a great time. This place is not only perfect for walking and having fun with the gnomes that we will meet along the way, but it also gives us the opportunity to take some of the most original photos. Visitors are lent everything from gnome hats to fishing rods to make the snapshot even more striking. Also, there is a store to buy merchandising and remember this experience forever. https://www.20minutos.es/viajes/destinos/curioso-bosque-con-mas-1000-figuras-gnomos-inglaterra-5110099/ 1
