As for the availability of the latest BIOS, it looks like ASRock is the first to offer it on their webpage for both X670(E) and B650(E) series motherboards. The BIOS was uploaded just a few hours ago & the description states that it updates the AGESA ComboAM5 to version 1.0.0.5c. Meanwhile, ASUS also has a BETA BIOS which updates to the AGESA 1.0.0.5c firmware and adds support for the Core Flex feature for AMD Ryzen 7000 X3D CPUs.

Gigabyte hasn't announced anything for their AM5 motherboards yet and their support page still lists down 1.0.0.4 BIOS as the latest available firmware. MSI has plans to announce the latest BIOS for its AM5 motherboards very soon so we will be keeping you updated when those are available.
