A lifestyle, sometimes known as a lifestyle, is the environment that a person chooses to live in and how e deals with it, each according to his ability, his position in society, and his personal convictions. The lifestyle varies from one person to another. Whoever wants to maintain his health chooses a lifestyle in a healthy, suitable environment, far from smoking, close to the means and places of nursing, and usually lives in a quiet area far from noise, and chooses an appropriate food program. There is also the head of the family who cares about the upbringing of his children, and provides them with a lifestyle in which they can grow properly, so he chooses for them the appropriate and safe environment. Examples of lifestyle are many, both positive and negative.
Some aspects of lifestyle
1-Brain and heart health
There are several factors related to lifestyle that can be controlled to maintain the health of the human brain and heart. Such as: practicing mental activities such as reading, social activities, exercises, and abstaining from smoking.[2]
2-Treating some diseases
The role of lifestyle has become important in the treatment of diseases, for example when eating healthy meals such as fruits, vegetables, legumes and grains, walking daily for half an hour and meditation helps to reduce the incidence of prostate cancer.
3-Obesity
 

Personal lifestyle plays an important role in weight gain, as sitting for long periods, not practicing sports activities and eating high-calorie meals directly leads to obesity.
4-infertility
The psychological emotions and the style of nutrition can affect the possibility of childbearing in the spouses.
5-the behavior
The environment and the pattern in which a person lives directly affects his behavior. For example: the inhabitants of cities and villages differ in the way they behave and behave as a result of the place to which they belong.

Studying consumer behavior is an important step in the life of companies to know and anticipate the products they will buy, and to know the appropriate place and time to buy them, and the value they will pay for this product, and also help them to know the need that prompted them to buy it. One of the most important factors affecting consumer behavior is the cultural, social and physiological background.

The lifestyle is one of the important social factors in the process of making the purchase decision by consumers, and choosing one commodity instead of another. Understanding the consumer's lifestyle helps to manufacture and market the product in accordance with his desires and needs, and to deliver the message in a way that pushes him to buy it and form a relationship with him. When marketing the product, it is taken into account to divide the target group into categories and highlight the name of the product in proportion to this category. They can be categorized based on their lifestyle, athletes, businessmen, housewives and so on.

From here, this concept is an important one, especially in an environment where competition is increasing day by day, and companies seek to enhance their capabilities and make more successful plans by benefiting from studying lifestyle aspects and their dimensions. The producing companies usually distribute questionnaires for a variety of consumer goods, this information provides an overview of the demographic factors and lifestyle of consumers, then they can accurately draw their goals and know who the consumer is and what his characteristics are.

This information is used by other companies when they want to enter the market, so that there is a common language between them and their customers who are expected to win and keep them. For example, I made there a special category for individuals and married people who live in civilized areas, the wealthy, the highly educated and the ethnically mixed. Usually these communities are full of modern apartments and are interested in fitness clubs and clothing stores, and they go to restaurants and love coffee and juice. This category was called Young Digerati. There is a rural middle class class, which is of a wide range, and consists of small families who live in modest homes, some of whom work in their own jobs, they love fishing, camping and boating, as well as sewing and cooking.
