The goal of a Moroccan artificial intelligence engineer is to create software that can think like a human and provide solutions to challenging problems.

Requirements
Technical skills and knowledge, as well as teamwork, are essential for managing projects effectively and consulting outside specialists, making them must-have skills for future AI engineers.

The nature of the job demands high-level goals and constant self-evaluation of one's performance, the person must also be extremely meticulous and tenacious.

The engineer must have strong interpersonal skills because to construct an expert system they must gather expert information and formalize their knowledge. 

Thus, having human and communication skills will be very helpful in an AI engineer’s career. 

To develop a highly effective system, an AI engineer must first make a list of comprehensive requirement specifications that the AI system must perform.

The engineer needs to be highly skilled in terms of technical knowledge, including command of automated systems, management of programming languages, and the ability to solve complex artificial intelligence problems (such as file deletion, text analysis tools, and understanding of natural language), and participation in projects involving information applications in particular.

As a result, the importance of research is to increase knowledge in digital sciences, data sciences, and automatic language processing and implement and validate artificial intelligence methods and algorithms, which calls for a particular level of mathematical rigor.

AI engineer roles are sought-after, this is because the technology is new and there is hesitation from public and private institutions to offer high-quality training in this area.

Necessary training and qualifications
To become an AI engineer, you must have a minor level BAC+5 degree (equivalent to a master’s degree).

Some engineering schools and institutions like the University of Mohammed VI Polytechnique, the ENSIAS (Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Informatique et d'Analyse des Systemes), EMI (Ecole Mohammadia d'Ingenieurs, etc.) provide degrees in computer science and system management that integrate into the AI field. 

There are also academic programs that provide entry into this field (a doctorate, for instance, following an engineering degree, or even a master's in artificial intelligence in the Faculty of Science at Moroccan universities or the Hassania School of Public Works, etc.). 

More importantly, private schools are open and provide highly technical and specialized courses directly related to artificial intelligence, thanks to these institutions' ability to quickly adjust their educational offerings to meet the market demands for such professionals. Cauchy and promotion
Moroccan artificial intelligence engineers frequently start with technical jobs before evolving into encroachment-related roles. They are typically integrated into research cells. 

After gaining some experience, they might advance to project manager, however, artificial intelligence projects are now relatively uncommon. 

Depending on the project, the artificial intelligence engineer collaborates with statisticians, automatic programmers, psychologists, designers, and ergonomists.

The salary of an artificial intelligence engineer varies depending on the company's industry, the project they are working on, and their level of experience in the AI field.

Finally, artificial intelligence is an evolving industry and has many years ahead of it.
