Hello There!, Maybe you got VAC-BAN on steam if it is not VAC-BAN, Try this on Console CL_allowdownload 1 , then write on Console Connect "IP Adress" 

] cl_allowdownload 
"cl_allowdownload" is "1"
] "IP Adress"
"ip" is "localhost"

i have connection at internet on m laptop but the game cs 1.6 dosen t find the servers and say that "no internet games responded query"

This problem it has happened to me before, just close cs go, go to the library in the CSGO name then go to properties then go to files , finally look for a corrupted file and wait if you find one do it again and everything will be resolved, if it continues, just contact steam support! good luck bro
