How to update your Xbox Game Bar Unfortunately, this hasn’t yet been rolled out to the public so you’ll need to download the Xbox Insider Hub if you want early access to the feature. It's a bit of a pain to set up, but if you're especially keen you can follow the instructions provided below. Search for the Microsoft Store within the Windows 11 taskbar and download the Xbox Insider Hub(opens in new tab) app. Follow the on-screen instructions to sign up. Click on Previews on the left-hand side and then enter Windows Gaming. More on-screen instructions! Select Join and then complete the signup process. Some new windows may open up to complete this step. Go back to the Microsoft Store homepage and head into your Library at the bottom-left. Once you're in, hit Update All at the top right and this will install the Xbox Game Bar (if it's not already on your system). To access, type Xbox Game Bar into your taskbar or press Windows Key + G to load the Xbox Game Bar. Click the Settings icon, then click on Gaming Features. This will now display the updated system information requirements.
