  • Other Information: Harry Edward Styles (born 1 February 1994 in Redditch) is an English singer, songwriter and actor. His music career began in 2010 as a solo contestant on the British music competition series The X Factor. After his early elimination, he was brought back to join the boy band One Direction, which went on to become one of the record-selling boy bands.
  • Styles released his self-titled debut album on Columbia Records in 2017. It was certified platinum in the US, while his first single, "Sign of the Times", topped the UK Singles Chart. He made his acting debut in Christopher Nolan's war film Dunkirk. Styles' second album Fine Line (2019) debuted atop the Billboard 200 with the biggest sales debut by an English male artist in the US, and was listed among Rolling Stone's "500 Greatest Albums of All Time" in 2020. Her fourth single "Watermelon Sugar" reached the top of the US Billboard Hot 100.

Harry's parents divorced when he was seven and his mother later remarried. At the age of sixteen he worked part-time at the W. Mandeville bakery in Holmes Chapel.
  • As a child, Styles loved to sing, noting Freddie Mercury, Elvis Presley and the Beatles as his influences. While living in Holmes Chapel, Styles was the lead singer of the band White Eskimo, which won the battle of the local bands.
