FNX Magokiler
Length: 4,660mm Width: 1,865mm High: 1,660 Wheelbase: 2,690mm Load capacity: 520L The Lexus NX (AZ20) is built on the basis of the Toyota RAV4 (TNGA-K), which allows the rapid incorporation of ecological engines. Its dimensions place it at the same level as the Mercedes-Benz GLC or Audi Q5, although below the BMW X3 and Volvo XC60. Other similar models are the Alfa Romeo Stelvio and the DS7 Crossback, although the latter is slightly smaller. The NX was manufactured with 95% new parts, all newly developed under digital modeling and intelligent simulation techniques. In addition, the NX was subjected to all the rigorous tests required by the already famous Shimoyama circuit in Japan (the "Japanese Nürburgring" that the Toyota Group built) so that its dynamic sensation is truly sporty and direct. Its design retains the traditional silhouette of the model, with the sloping tailgate, but the rest exhibits a new reinterpretation of the L-Finesse design language that, as we know, rests on three pillars: elimin ating superfluous elements, anticipating customer needs to generating a sense of hospitality (the famous Omotenashi concept) and elegance from intrigue, with juxtaposed yet carefully integrated elements. This is also evident in the "L" motif, which is why elements ranging from the "Spindle Grill" grille (flatter in this generation of NX) to the lights and the creases in the sheet metal remind us of "the angle " from the Lexus logo. We really like the large grille that seems to project forward when we see the relief it forms inside the side air intakes, the renewed LED signature on the headlights and the three-dimensional tailgate, where we see the word "Lexus" under an elongated LED strip. that seeks to integrate the spotlights on the sides. Apart from the L-Finesse language, the brand points out that the NX was manufactured under the "Vital x Tech Gear" sub-concept, which, as its name indicates, combines vital dynamism with technological advances. We will probably begin to see more of this philosophy in other SUVs from the brand. Lexus NX 2022: inside To enter the car, we will realize that the handles are fixed. This is because the Lexus uses a system called e-latch, which is basically the same technology used to open the tailgate of any modern car. To get out is a bit more complicated, because there is a small hidden handle that one tends to pull, but which is actually a button that is pressed when we hold on to the door. After using it it seems much more logical how it works, but several times we got stuck during launch. But while we were "kidnapped" by the NX, it helped us to see all the changes inside this car, especially the huge 14" screen (9.8" in some versions) that is used to operate the multimedia system and air conditioning, something we had never seen in a Lexus. But what I celebrate the most is that its design is completely different from any trend imposed by traditional European manufacturers. Not only that, Lexus uses what is called "Tazuna concept", something like "the reins of the horse" in Japanese. By this, what Lexus means is that the interior has been designed so that the entire main operation of the car is executed with a minimum of movements and in a logical flow, just like jockeys do when giving direction to a horse. : nothing like making ergonomics an art.
