As a good car from the BMW i range, there are some accents in anodised blue, both on the front and on the rear bumper (especially where the exhaust pipes should go on the original model)
To add a sportier presence, the IX3 carries the M Sport package and some details in gloss black, such as the window surrounds or the roof bars.
BMW IX3: interior and equipment

The changes inside are even more discreet than those we can find on the outside. The color of the power button or some menus in the instrument cluster, but the rest identical to the normal X3.

BMW IX3: Powertrain

BMW iX3 offers the fifth generation of BMW eDrive technology. It contains important advances in terms of energy density, autonomy, weight, space and flexibility. For reference, it is even more compact than the system carried by the BMW i3, in addition to the fact that both the engine, the power electronics and the transmission have been placed in a central unit.

With an emphasis on sustainability, BMW i's comprehensive approach to sustainability has been maintained throughout the IX3's value chain, meaning that, for example, the design of the electric motor enables the avoidance of the use of rare earth metals in the manufacture of the rotor and that there has been a great use of secondary raw materials. In addition, the manufacturing of the battery cells and the car were completely developed with green energy.

This engine, located on the rear axle, develops a maximum power of 210 kW (286 hp and 400 Nm of torque). This power allows you to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 6.8 seconds (four tenths of a second more than the X3 xDrive30i). Top speed is electronically limited to 180 km/h.

The electrical system is powered by an 80 kWh battery, which allows a maximum autonomy of 460 kilometers according to the WLTP cycle. On a 150 kW charging system, it only takes 34 minutes to reach 80% capacity. A 10-minute charge can generate up to 100 kilometers of range, if you're in a hurry.
