He became po[CENSORED]r nationally for his humorous videos and stage performances, and globally for his viral single "Gangnam Style", featured on his sixth studio album Psy 6 (Six Rules), Part 1 (2012). Since then, Psy has appeared on numerous television shows, including X-Man, Golden Fishery, Todaye and The X Factor (Australia). On December 21, 2012, the music video for "Gangnam Style" passed the one billion views mark on the YouTube video platform, becoming the first to do so in the platform's history. This feat earned him the title of "King of YouTube". Later, on May 31, 2014, the music video for "Gangnam Style" became the first to reach the two billion views mark. After the single's commercial success, Psy continued releasing more songs to the international market in digital format, her next single, titled "Gentleman", was released in April 2013, and her music video obtained in twenty-four hours, more than 40 millions of views. Subsequently, in June 2014, he released "Hangover", featuring American rapper Snoop Dogg.
