Intersect360 Research has released the results of our HPC software survey in reports spanning eleven different domains, examining the overall mix of in-house, open-source, and commercial software, and the mix of public cloud versus on-premises computing. These reports highlight a trend we have reported on over several years: a gradual decline in the usage of commercial, licensed software applications from independent software vendors (ISVs).
