Josefina Roca is an architect, interior designer and producer of collectible design. For her Cordovan house, she sought a balance between the countryside and the urban, where nature is present in each space and has as much prominence as a painting or an object that she carefully chooses and treasures.

With modern lines and fused with the garden, this glazed house was designed without a gallery. However, a system of several patios provides structure and each room faces one of them.

Ernestina Anchorena, in charge of landscaping and a close friend of the owner, Josefina Roca, suggested putting lapachillos (Tecoma stans) in the interior patios and in the corners of the land and, on top of the latter, a large specimen of tipa.

“You can not miss a girl, who reminds me of my province. I am from Jujuy and my childhood was playing on top of them; It is the tree that I like the most”, says Josefina.

Being Córdoba a Mediterranean province with a warm climate, what she sought was to provide shade to the place.
