Tunis, Monday January 31, 2022 – Alpha Hyundai Motor, official distributor of the South Korean automotive firm Hyundai in Tunisia for passenger cars, is starting 2022 with a varied range of five-model SUVs combining safety, reliability and design, and this in line with all the expectations and budgets of local customers.

Faithful to its traditions since its arrival in Tunisia for nearly a decade, the South Korean brand is betting on its SUV range, which has been constantly developing for years with new trends and technologies. A range that is gaining new momentum with automatic gearboxes and ecological cars, which has changed the minds of some buyers accustomed to city cars.

From Hyundai Venue to Hyundai Palisade: the SUV saga

The SUV range marketed by Alpha Hyundai Motor includes the following models:

Hyundai Venue: the most charismatic Hyundai crossover to date available from 85,950 DT ($17,600 for the FCR regime) with manual gearbox (BVM) and automatic gearbox (BVA).

Hyundai Kona: the surprising SUV with a wide range of engine versions: 1.0 Turbo (BVM, BVA N-LINE and BVA) and 1.6 Turbo (BVM and BVA N-LINE). Improved richness with two ecological versions rooted in the model's DNA (electric & hybrid). This model is marketed from 93,950 DT ($22,800 for the FCR regime).

Hyundai Tucson: this SUV full of life continues to prove itself and surprise since its entry into the Tunisian market. With High Grade and Top Grade trims, the must-have SUV is available from DT145,000 ($28,750 for the FCR scheme).

Hyundai Santa Fe: this SUV stands out boldly and confirms its premium position through all of its exterior and interior details. With a multitude of features, Hyundai Santa Fe is marketed from 259,950 DT (135,000 DT excluding tax for travel agencies and $44,600 for the FCR regime).

Hyundai Palisade: This remarkable SUV, ideal for family life, does not go unnoticed thanks to a set of elements like its elegant, modern and intuitive interior, designed to meet the needs of everyone in each row. This masterpiece is available from 294,950 DT (155,000 DT HT for travel agencies and $48,500 for the FCR regime).

With a 5% improvement in its market share (2020/2021), Alpha Hyundai Motor aims to consolidate its position as a key player in the SUV segment in Tunisia.
