The market for electric motorcycles is experiencing a great moment. You just have to look at the number of new motorcycles that are coming to our country. On this occasion we are going to talk about a naked that will surprise some for its modern image and others for its benefits, being suitable for the B car license.

We are talking about the Linze Soul, a cut electric motorcycle that is fully sporty in its range with a new philosophy that is far from what we have seen so far in the brand. It has very good performance, being able to reach 120 km/h or a range of up to 123 kilometers in eco mode.

 

Linze Soul: an electric motorcycle with good performance

The market for electric motorcycles increasingly has more allies. This is the case of the Spanish company Linze. Created in 2019, until now it had three different scooters in its portfolio. However, for 2022 they have opted to create a motorcycle with a totally different philosophy from what we have seen so far.

 

We are talking about the Linze Soul, a sports bike that has a quite powerful visual appeal that is accompanied by its benefits. Defining it in a category within electric motorcycles is difficult, but we can say that it resembles a sports naked (all despite having a thousand covers that try to improve its aerodynamics).

 

As we said before, its exterior draws a lot of attention for using strength along its waist expressed through nerves in its caps. These want to resemble a naked cut motorcycle despite not being able to expose any type of thermal engine as would be done in a conventional model. In this case, the covers are capable of creating an effect worthy of Houdini himself. What they do protect is a 7.2 kWh battery, making it one of the motorcycles that can offer the most battery on the market along with the Ray 7.7.

Its lithium battery can be fully recharged in 6 hours using any domestic outlet, with a range of up to 123 km and a consumption, as announced by the brand, of 0.4 euros/100km (in eco mode). Nor is its hub-type brushless motor far behind. 5,000W of nominal power will be in charge of moving this motorcycle with a maximum speed of up to 120 km/h without excessively compromising autonomy.

 

In its cycle part, it uses 17-inch wheels dressed with tires measuring 110/70-17″ 54S at the front and 140/70-17″ 66S at the rear. For braking, it uses a double front disc for the front wheel and a single one at the rear with a CBS combined braking system that guarantees safe driving and exemplary behavior in the face of any unforeseen event. As for its suspension, it uses an inverted front fork and the latest generation rear monoshock absorber.

As for electronic equipment, it has an LED lighting system, both in the headlights and in the rear. For its instrument panel, it uses a digital panel where you can see the selected driving mode (eco or sport) or the battery charge level. Lighting or emergency indicators are not lacking in the instrument panel either.

 

Although prices have not been announced from the brand's own website, in several internet distributors it can be seen that the retail price increases to 6,690 euros.
