Pronobis announced that this year the construction of the Soho 360 building will begin after the project, which has an investment of $50 million, reached the break-even point. SOHO 360, the first multifunctional building in Puerto Santa Ana The building, which was announced as a project in September 2019, will be built at the entrance of Puerto Santa Ana in Guayaquil. “Despite the adversities we are experiencing due to the pandemic, we have not given up and continue promoting projects that improve the quality of life of our clients. Soho 360 is our first multifunctional building and we are very grateful to our clients, suppliers and collaborators who have made this success possible”, said Haydana Pérez, commercial manager of Pronobis. Soho 360 will be 93 meters high, will have 21 floors, 90 offices, 109 apartments, 28 consulting rooms, 14 commercial premises and 6 apart offices. Pérez added that the building has a design that contributes to sustainable urban development, with the application of practices that save drinking water, lower energy consumption with the installation of UV sheets on glass, as well as eaves that provide shade and reduce the impact sun inside.
