This classification comes based on 50 factors to determine this classification, and factors include military, financial, logistical and other factors to determine the improvement, decline, or stability of these armies annually.The Iraqi army is the oldest Arab armies in terms of establishment. It was established on January 6, 1921, with the first regiment led by a number of officers, bearing the name "Musa al-Kadhim Regiment", after Britain approved the request of King Faisal bin Hussein in this regard. This regiment was the first nucleus in the long march of the army, and was followed by two air and naval forces, to increase in strength until it became 4 divisions: the first and third in Baghdad, the second division in Kirkuk and the fourth in Diwaniyah.
