Dangerous recently, which prompted the National Office of Drinking Water to adopt an austerity policy that depends on cutting off water at night. The project was completed at a financial cost of 57 million dirhams, and the residents were happy with the opening of the project in 2016, but everything stopped suddenly since that date, and the residents waited until they were thirsty in 2022.Al-Hashemi did not miss the opportunity to stress that the efforts made in this context cannot be denied, but they remain without a direct impact on the lives of citizens when chaos and tampering prevail, and the sense of responsibility is absent, as happened with the Bani Walid project.
