There are twelve assembly members who register more attendance in the Legislative.

The president of the National Assembly, Guadalupe Llori, is the legislator who registers the most absences, according to the evaluation carried out by the Legislative Observatory.

Llori, for Pachakutik, has 31 absences in the 153 votes that have been made since his incorporation. He is followed by Assemblyman Bruno Segovia (before PK) with 28 fouls.

Legislators Luis Almeida (PSC) and César Rohón (formerly PSC) are tied with 24 absences. Eduardo Mendoza, assemblyman for the province of Los Ríos, register 23.

The evaluation also indicates who has the most assists. There are twelve assembly members who have complied 100%.

These are: Marlon Cadena (ID), Luis Cervantes (CREO), Segundo Chimbo (PK), Edwin Frías for Tungurahua; Luisa González (UNES), Ronal González, for Los Ríos; Ludvia Guamaní (DNI); Luis Marcillo (DNI); Jhajaira Urresta (UNES); Ligia del Consuelo Vega (PK); Geraldine Weber (PSC), and Carlos Zambrano (UNES).

As for excuses, there are five legislators who top the list. And according to the Legislative Observatory, the number of occasions in which the assembly member delegated to his substitute is detailed with respect to the total of possible sessions held since his incorporation. So far, 42 sessions have been held.

Dallyana Passailaigue (PSC) has excused herself 31 times. He is followed by Daniel Noboa Azín (USA), son of businessman Álvaro Noboa, with 23 excuses.

Sofía Sánchez (PK) with 22, Pabel Muñoz (UNES) with 10 and Sofía Espín (UNES) with 8.

Meanwhile, the National Assembly has approved seven laws; three were not part of the parliamentary agenda.

118 bills have been presented. The majority of legislators with a total of 111 projects. The Legislative Administration Council (CAL) has 36 projects pending to qualify.

Four projects have been presented by the Executive, one of them recently entered into force: Organic Law for Economic Development and Fiscal Sustainability after the COVID-19 pandemic.

The project, of an urgent economic nature, was discussed in a second debate on November 24 and 26 in the National Assembly, without approving, denying or modifying it.

Oversight

According to the Legislative Observatory, eleven requests for impeachment were registered. Five of them are being processed by the Supervisory Commission; three ended in censorship and dismissal (two unified against the former Ombudsman, Freddy Carrión and one against the Superintendent of Companies, Víctor Anchundia). And two requests were resolved in censorship and one request was filed with the Audit Commission, against the former deputy comptroller Valentina Zárate.

1,984 requests for information have been submitted; according to the Assembly's website, 609 have been answered, that is, 30%.
