#Wittels- Posted December 21, 2021 Posted December 21, 2021 The former president of the Assembly, Gabriela Rivadeneira, left the country in 2020, and in Mexico founded the company Taktika and the Ideal Institute. The company was registered with a business name that allows countless commercial activities. In January 2022, it will be two years since three assembly members and their families left for Mexico. All alleged political persecution by the Lenín Moreno government after the October 2019 strike. Gabriela Rivadeneira, Soledad Buendía, Edwin Jarrín, Carlos Viteri Gualinga and Tania Pauker took refuge in the Embassy in Mexico in Ecuador in November 2019 and left the country three months later. They did so after the arrest of Paola Pabón and Virgilio Hernández, accused of rebellion in the violent demonstrations during the strike. Although their names go almost unnoticed in Ecuador, they have managed to stay connected within their "progressive left" network. Thus, Mexico has become one of the favorite destinations for the meetings of Correísmo. In fact, the last summit of the so-called Puebla Group was held in that country, in November 2021. But Mexico has not only served as refuge and conferences. In that country, the exiled correistas established a company and an institute, in order to continue moving "progressivism" from its new location. Taktika Mundo, the company On November 4, 2020, Gabriela Rivadeneira and Edwin Jarrín constituted, before a notary public in Mexico City, the company “Taktika Mundo”, a public limited company with variable capital. The company has a capital of 50,000 Mexican pesos, that is, about USD 2,400 at the current exchange rate, and the money was contributed by both to the media. The firm is domiciled in the municipality of Gustavo A. Madero, a residential area of Mexico City. It was established with a corporate purpose that allows them to do almost everything: The purchase, sale and general marketing of any tangible and intangible good or service. The purchase, sale, lease, makeup and distribution of all kinds of cleaning supplies, medical supplies, sanitizers, disinfectants, liquid cleaners, etc. Provide all kinds of services, advice, comprehensive consulting, guidance and information on public policies without participating in internal policy matters. Administration, contracting, processing and advice on transportation of any kind. Study and realization of logistics in general, as well as carrying out activities as an international freight forwarder for the import and export of merchandise. Advice on national and international trade. The purchase, sale, import and export of all types of industrial machinery and all types of inputs and materials for the textile and footwear industry, electronic, video and audio items and equipment. Represent or act as agent, commission agent and commercial mediator of national or foreign, industrial or commercial companies with similar objects. The establishment, ownership and operation of all types of web pages, web applications, telephone service lines, electronic portals. Buy, sell, lease, sublet, mortgage, promote and manage all types of real estate and personal property. Carry out all the procedures related to obtaining licenses, permits and other authorizations that are required to carry out social fines. Register, acquire, obtain licenses or transfer patents, trademarks, trade names, copyrights and any other industrial property rights. But beyond its constitution, there is no information about this company. It is not registered as a supplier of the Mexican State, nor does it appear in the registry of commercial establishments in that country. It also does not have a website, nor a phone number. The Ideal Institute The establishment of the Taktika company occurred months before the launch of the Eloy Alfaro (Ideal) Institute for Democracy, also by the correistas in Mexico. The Institute does have its own website and it appeared in June 2021. Ideal emerged as a “retreading” of the defunct Eloy Alfaro Institute of Political Thought (IPPE), created as a foundation in Quito, and dissolved in the Moreno government. The IPPE was in charge of coordinating the international strategy around the figure of former President Rafael Correa and expanding the lawfare thesis. But this new correista institute in Mexico does not have an address or contact telephone number either. The only detail that the page provides is that they offer courses, conferences and workshops. Regarding its members, the website indicates that Correa is the honorary president, and Rivadeneira, the executive director. He also mentioned 16 other members, including Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodríguez and former Colombian President Ernesto Samper. On the other hand, the Ideal Institute is not registered as a foundation in Mexico: its name does not appear in the registry of civil society organizations in that country. Neither has it been registered as a company or as a commercial premises. Also, there is no reference to a relationship between Taktika Mundo and the Ideal Institute. But it is known that "progressive" leaders related to Podemos use the facade of a foundation to operate in Quito. It is about Celag, which is actually a company. PRIMICIAS contacted Gabriela Rivadeneira through WhatsApp last June and November to talk about the Ideal Institute and the Taktika Mundo company, although she did not respond to the messages.
