I know it will annoy you as it annoys me. I advise you to not request for a upgrade fastly, you should improve yourself first and then asking for upgrade. Asking for upgrade every week is quite annoying since your activity isn't better. Please work on your activity. 300-400 mins per day aren't enough to be Moderator. Try for more than 500mins. Its not necessary to ask for an upgrade again, once we realize that you are doing better, you will find yourself Moderator, else you will stay in your actual rank. Good Luck! Rejected.
