#Wittels- Posted November 19, 2021 Posted November 19, 2021 Honda continues to update its range of motorcycles for 2022. This time it was the turn of two models with very different characteristics. We talk about the Honda Gold Wing and the Honda CMX Rebel, two different concepts of understanding motorcycling, which now release new colors. The new shades of both will produce presence in the streets with colors as bright as green, brown, white or blue. And it is that both its equipment and its engines have been renewed recently so the Japanese have preferred to put all the meat on the grill with its visual appearance. Honda Gold Wing and CMX Rebel: shades that do not go unnoticed That brands are working towards the new year is more than evident. Every week we have been telling you a new presentation. The latest have been the Ducati Streetfighter V2 or the Yamaha TMAX itself. And it is that with little more than a month left to face 2022, brands do not want to stop giving the final touches to their ranges to be more up to date than ever. Nor should we forget that at the end of this month we have the international motorcycle fair in Milan known to all as the EICMA. An event in which a good part of these novelties will meet and even the surprise arrival of some other that we did not expect. In the face of all this, Honda has decided to update several of its models with new shades that provide an extra that help them get off the new year on the right foot. And for this, he has decided to start with the Honda CMX500 Rebel, the best-selling custom motorcycle of the year in Europe that is also valid for the A2 license. And it is that since its introduction in 2017, its cheeky look, its slim dimensions, its low seat and its 47 hp twin-cylinder engine, have attracted thousands of customers throughout Europe. For this reason, for 2022, it will debut a new Organic Pearl Green color that is in the list of existing design options. But the news were not going to stay only in the "small". Its older sister, the Honda CMX1100 Rebel, has also received an update for the second sales season, with the addition of Pearl Stallion Brown to its color palette. A tonality that joins Gunmetal Black Metallic in the range. On the other hand we have one of the most classic and veteran models of the Japanese range. It is the Honda Gold Wing, a motorcycle that since its introduction in 1975, has become the flagship of tourism to travel long distances and a reference in engineering. For 2022, both the Honda GL1800 Gold Wing and GL1800 Gold Wing Tour with its horizontal six-cylinder, 1,833 cc, 126 hp engine, have received striking new color updates. The Tour version, which includes the DCT and the Airbag as standard, introduces two new configurations to its color range. A first, called Blue Glint Wave Metallic, and a second called White Pearl Glare; which will join the existing Gunmetal Black Metallic color. On the other hand, the GL1800 Gold Wing DCT will be available with the new Matte Jeans Blue Metallic. These changes, along with the rest of the novelties that have been included in the different Honda ranges, we hope to see them at the next EICMA in Milan that takes place the last weekend of November.
