James Rodríguez, former player of Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Everton, and now Al-Rayyan in Qatar, was singled out by Bild as the instigator of the Bavarian parties in the summer of 2018, during the US tour. In addition, those exits would have occurred despite the refusal of the then coach Niko Kovac.

The DT landed in the summer of 2018 at the Allianz offices after the departure of Jupp Heynckes and, as soon as he did, the German team headed to American lands to prepare for the following season.

However, the stop in Miami was to mark the beginning of his end on the Bayern bench. Apparently, the players asked Kovac for permission to go out partying and, despite the refusal, they decided to do it anyway.
Leaders of the night

According to the information handled by Bild, Alaba, Rafinha and Ribèry led the revolt and organized a WhatsApp group and, in fact, left in front of the coach himself.

Once partying, the German press pointed to James Rodríguez as the leader of the night and that, in addition, he was in charge of sharing the snapshots.

The players did not return until after six in the morning and, despite awaiting punishment from Kovac, Bild says he did not bring up the subject and, from then on, the Bayern squad never had respect for him. Even before they left Miami they would have partied at least one more time. (D)
