Manejamos la Honda XR190L, ideal para cualquier condición de terreno
After having had the first contact with it last March, when Honda presented it to us at its dirt track in El Salto, Jalisco, where it is assembled, we were able to test the XR190L in a controlled environment and specially designed to know its main features, especially those of extreme handling; but we had not had the opportunity to have it in a day to day to know it more thoroughly and experience that interesting proposal that offers us on its 150 model.
We find a dual-purpose motorcycle built on a steel frame, agile and dynamic appearance with good finishes wherever you look, modern appearance combining very classic and characteristic details of the brand, such as spoke rims with chrome finish and circular mirrors. The seat, lined in vinyl leather, with the letters of the brand on the sides in white very pleasing to the eye and with the ability to carry a passenger comfortably because it also has tubular inserts on the sides with which it will be held without problem. In the instrumentation, we have the basics, carrying a simple cluster, but with the necessary elements, which, incidentally, shares with her younger sister 150 being fully analog integrating speedometer, odometer and fuel gauge.

The dashboards and side panels are made of high-strength ABS plastic, decorated with combined graphics alluding to the name and model, plus small details in imitation carbon fiber that, if you want to look at it positively, are the same as those used in some components of the Civic Type R.

Smooth, precise and powerful, this is how the XR190L is defined. The first thing to note is that, we start with a light feeling handling, easy to maneuver, with very precise and almost imperceptible gear changes. Being a dual purpose, it has a very soft suspension, the front telescopic fork that efficiently absorbs large impacts, so potholes, ditches and bumps, will be laughable, because remember that in the test on unpaved roads behaved incredibly well even in those parts where there was very loose material, even with the mixed use tires with which it comes standard, so the city will be pure comfort and we will have a great driving experience.
