According to the regulations, it establishes that budgetary modifications be made within the Fondepes for S / 2′223,469. Parallel to this, the Ministry of Production is authorized to transfer S / 3 million to said institution. The total amount will be channeled by the National Fisheries Development Fund (Fondepes) to finance the granting of loans and S / 223,469 for the operating expenses generated by them. These credits granted by Fondepes are aimed at artisanal fishing workers who do not have financing opportunities, through the provision of goods and services that allow them to refloat, equip and modernize their productive activities. With this, the country's fishermen can increase their income and improve the living conditions of both themselves and their families.
